  • Custom or made-to-order products may have longer lead times

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Payment must be received in full before shipment or production begins (unless otherwise stated)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues.

Order Acceptance & Cancellations

An order is not considered accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started

  • Once fabrication, coating, or assembly begins, orders cannot be canceled

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Guided Light Welding LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

Use of Products

Our enclosures are intended for their designed purpose only.

Guided Light Welding LLC is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation or use

  • Modifications made after delivery

  • Damage caused by misuse, overload, or exposure beyond intended conditions

Installation and use are at the customer’s own risk.

All products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability
