Guided Light Welding LLC – Enclosures

Returns

We accept returns on unused, uninstalled, and unmodified enclosures within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The enclosure must be in original condition

  • No signs of installation, drilling, modification, or damage

  • Returned in original packaging

Custom-built, custom-sized, or made-to-order enclosures are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order enclosures

  • Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at [your support email] with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Guided Light Welding LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your enclosure arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion once the issue is verified.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Allow 5–10 business days for processing

If the returned item shows signs of use, installation, or damage not caused by shipping, the refund may be denied or partially refunded.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Once fabrication or coating begins, the order cannot be canceled.
