Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed.

  • Standard in-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days

  • Pre-orders, made-to-order, or custom enclosures have extended lead times, which will be clearly stated on the product page

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight services, depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping method and carrier are selected at checkout or at our discretion to ensure safe delivery.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping promotions or discounts will be reflected at checkout.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Guided Light Welding LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer


Pre-Orders

For pre-order items:

  • Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page

  • Shipping begins once production is complete

  • Estimated dates are subject to change due to fabrication, coating, or supply delays

Customers will be notified if there are significant changes to the estimated ship date.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages delivered to an address provided by the customer in error

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned packages.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your enclosure arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine repair, replacement, or refund options.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Guided Light Welding LLC is not responsible for theft or loss.


Freight Shipments (If Applicable)

Larger enclosures may ship via freight.

  • Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged

  • The customer is responsible for unloading

  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing

Failure to note damage may void the ability to file a claim.


International Shipping (Optional Section)

At this time, we [do / do not] ship internationally.

If international shipping is available:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
