Purchase Agreement
By placing an order with Guided Light Welding LLC, you agree to the product description, pricing, lead times, and policies listed on our website at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in USD, and payment must be completed in full before production or shipment begins.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee immediate shipment and does not override stated production or lead times.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not started.
Once any of the following begin, the order cannot be canceled:

Fabrication

Powder coating
-
Assembly
-
Custom preparation or material allocation
This applies to standard, pre-order, and custom enclosures.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items:

Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page

Dates are estimates and subject to change due to production or supply factors
Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has started.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom, made-to-order, or special-request enclosures are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production has started.
Order Modifications
Requests to modify an order (such as size, finish, or quantity changes) must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to approval. Modifications may result in adjusted pricing or lead times.
Refused or Abandoned Orders
Orders that are refused, returned due to incorrect address, or abandoned may be subject to:

Right to Refuse Service
Guided Light Welding LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability.
If an order is canceled by us before production begins, a full refund will be issued.
